Was so relieved to see how firm the hold really is. This is also one of the easiest pieces I've never had to assemble. All you do is open the packaging. Either place your phone within its grasp...or just wait until you mount it on your vent, then place your phone in Then I was good to go
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned many cell phone vent mounts for my cell phone and I must say this is by far one of the best ones I have ever gotten. It is not big nor bulky and fits perfectly in the vent without falling out. I love that it is expandable to fit any size phone and has a 360 degree rotation so it is able to hold my cell phone sideways if needed. I also love the fact that this phone vent mount is able to hold my phone with a pop socket. So many vent mounts do not accommodate phones that have these on them. I absolutely love this mount and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new well made and sturdy vent mount.
Universal Air Vent Smartphone Mount for Cars is an inexpensive way to have your phone handy while driving. The teeth that grip the vent are rubber and snug, which helps to keep the phone in place. The spring holding the phone in place is also snug. So far so good! Definitely worth the $5 pricepoint. I have a Galaxy with a small-ish protective case. The mount looks like it would accommodate larger phones easily.
Had One Of The Same In The Past Just Reordered Another Cause I Gave My Previous Holder Away . Good Grip To Air Vent Holds Phone No Slip No Slide Or No Falling .
I like it and it holds my phone pretty good.
I have an iPhone 7S with a thick protector which makes it HUGE. The clips fit the phone fine and hold it in solidly, but because my phone is so heavy it doesnt stay clipped to the air vent that well. But I have an OLD 2003 minivan, so maybe newer car air vents will do better. I still like it and use it, I just have to be careful to not touch the phone very hard when using it, or else it falls. I need to learn to use voice controls - then this would be just fine. Handy little item at a good price.

Decent price point and holds the cell phone well with a strong grip on the device, but after removing and inserting my phone multiple times the component that goes in the vent started to come separated from the rubber housing. Won't buy again unfortunately and will be looking for one that clamps down instead of slides into the car vent. It did serve my needs for about 6 months so I felt a 3 star rating was fair.
It want stay, it likes to spin out of place so naturally it fell off and broke two days later. But no refund, because this happened while I was driving GPSing and the broken pieces went out the fn window
